Raffles Design Institute Kuala Lumpur 14th Graduation Show : In a glimpse : The graduation ceremony cum fashion show for the Raffles Design Institute, one of the premier design schools in Malaysia held its bi-annual graduation ceremony on 14th September 2005 in JW Marriot Kuala Lumpur this year. Besides the normal fare of giving out awards and scrolls to students, the guests were treated to an hour long fashion show showcasing more than 10 collections from the graduating students. The designs on a whole were different and eye-opening giving us a glimpse into what the future fashion designers in Malaysia are thinking. Published HERE on the The Star on 10 November 2005.
